How can our children be prepared for constant job transitions and stay competitive in the future?

In an interview with Forbes, Michelle Weise, author of Long Life Learning: Preparing for Jobs that Don't Even Exist Yet, believes there is a deep need to reinvent education to cultivate more nimble thinkers, prepared for cross-functional jobs. Children need to have the both human (like communication and critical thinking) and technical skills. And, they will need to continuously learn to remain relevant through 20 or more career transitions.
